Return and Refund

If you ever receive the wrong item, contact info@referencehockey.com so we can generate a new shipping label for you to send back the item to our warehouse.

However, please note that returns only apply to mistake made by Reference Hockey Inc. meaning that if you ordered an item and you received the exact same item but you don’t like it, we cannot proceed to a return. All of our sales are final.

Warranty

Because most of our inventory is prostock gear and doesn’t come with manufacturer’s warranty, we are unable to offer warranty on our products. This is also the reason why most of our sticks/gear are near 50% less costly than in store. With out constant effort to keep our prices as low as possible, offering a warranty would be too costly.
